I was ready to hate but he seems more pragmatic than self righteous. I dont know what they need to test, its better than a bench or bridge. Only problem is the riskier clientele and drugs otherwise its just a capsule hotel.

This idea has been done before a few similar ways, sadly in most places the government shuts them down and destroys the housing. At least this is a trailer and has a chance to find a home. What i would like to know is what is his plan for drug abuse and expense for soiled mattresses.

This is a great concept but its literally training every homeless or potentially homeless person to accept less space. That isnt ok especially in the US. Space means food production & survival & there is PLENTY of it in our states.
