The closer you are to the city, the more congested it gets so smaller and dirtier houses are made out of demand and sold for literally millions. It's so hard to be financially stable in NY.

Why would you put a fake balcony in the master bedroom? Those updates aren’t that great. Rugs must go. Kitchen tiles are awful. Only thing done right was the outside spaces.

The architectural term is "Juliet balcony" which is typically found on higher end homes $1-2 million and up. It is a nice touch some people like 'em, some people think they are a little silly. Either way they are a bonus on an already built house and if you don't like it you can keep them closed and basically use it as a window since it will let in some light.

Many of the parents in Albany ignore traffic laws with their children. Many of these parents are civil servants. Youth in New York State deserve law-abiding, ethical and conscientious civil servants. Their future depends upon it. What do you think? Due to the prevalence of political corruption in New York State, traffic fines should be doubled in Albany, or perhaps the capital should be moved. The freewheeling family phenomenon has no place in any capital city. What do you think? Should youth see law-abiding streets and adults in Albany?
