@@sussus3288 I didn't say Hitler was an angel. I just said he wasn't as bad as people like to believe. He initially just wanted to deport the Jews, and he wasn't the mastermind behind the Holocaust. As for his invading other nations, I don't see it being any worst than what other leaders around the world were doing such as war, Jim Crow, human zoos, and colonization.

Albert Fish solidified his reputation as the most vicious child slayer in criminal history. Though barely literate, Fish wrote taunting letters to the parents of his victims, gruesomely detailing, how he slayed, butchered, cooked and then with great enjoyment dined on their offspring. He would inevitably declare that a child’s roasted rump was the most TOOTHSOME dish in all of gastro...nomy, gastronomy! Additionally Fish was a masochist, get this, he would insert wool with lighter fluid into his own anus and set it alight for his own enjoyment. Fish was finally arrested and immediately began confessing to killing 700 children.. and he was dizzingly happy about it and smiled as he described the grizzly details of the tortures and murders, appearing to the detective as the devil himself. I mean this Albert Fish guy.. I mean this guy was a real jerk.

As a doctor, the case is really interesting. It documents a possible diagnosis of syphilis, leading to Neurosyphilis.. This would explain the hallucinations post prison (since I assume he would have contracted it in prison through unprotected sex), dissociative and sudden change in behavior and personality, dissociative fugue (his visions of him being Christ and being talked to by the Apostles) I must write though, that given the lack of testing and definitive evidence, this is merely conjecture (even if the symptoms coincide) and while it might have contributed to his deviant behavior, it wasn't an independent determinant. It would be interesting to present this as a medical case which you guys can present at a later episode, if you let me gloss over your research on this, specifically his incarceration and immediate behavior post incarceration. Let me know if you guys at the Biographics team would be interested.

Albert Fish was the 20th Century's genuine Bogeyman, a spectre of diabolic evil. Other similar constituents are usually pitiful by such definitions...but not him, his letter to the Budd's proves that implicitly. By any stretch of the imagination, his was a life devoid of value, indeed a worthless ingrate who sought utter devastation as the preferred medium of gratification. A virulent demon from the Astral plain, his end would be palpable.

Unfortunately.... Some people don't share that thought process and just aren't parent material, They don't care for their children And move on.... But to imply that she was as bad as him, Is wrong as there is no evidence to say she ever did anything like kidnapping, Sexually assault/Tortur, Murder or cannibalism.... It sounds likely she would've been oblivious to what he was actually doing until stuff was made public.

Kiri Twidle She probably had no idea, and this was at a time where it would have been near, if not impossible, to care for so many children on her own. It was pretty much practically illegal to divorce for most people at this time (even in cases when BOTH parties wanted it), and Fish probably would have been given custody and she figured there was no reason to fight if that was the outcome. And if he really didn’t, or minimally, abused their children she may not have feared their safety. Or if she did, she may have figured it was near impossible to convince the judicial system and law enforcement. One must remember what legal rights, or lack thereof, women had at this time. FAR different from today. Very few jobs were available for women, which may have reduced her too begging and perhaps being homeless. How is she supposed to provide for children then? Not she isn’t worthy of some blame, but you guys seem to forget the full extent of what she was up against.
