I gotta sell mine. Too boring of a story to say why here but it has NOTHING to do with the guitar itself. It's like brand new - black with black pick guard. No tremolo... With new hard case too.

Why? I am thinking about this guitar but I am on the fence. The pickups sound too hot and there doesn't seem to be much differentiation between the settings. Can you tell me the boring story of why you want to sell?

there is HUGE diff between the settings... it depends on the amp you use and how that is set up. Add a box or two and the range extends. So here's the boring story: July of last year, I had a nasty crash on my motorcycle when I t-boned an idiot in a prius who suddenly pulled out from a parking space to make a sharp illegal u-turn across a four lane divided highway. Perfect timing... wham. The guitar-related injuries included destroying my left pinky and f'ing up my left wrist. The guitar sat as I went through a couple surgeries and months of rehab. But I'm not gonna get any better -- I can't get around with any coordination on the neck with my left hand - and it hurts a lot to try. I guess I could just play slide, but... I dunno. It just makes me sad and so I am now kind of cornered into having to sell it so someone else can use it as it was meant to be used. It's really like new, like exactly like new. Even the fuckin stickers from GC are still on the back.
