ALBERTA Model Sailing ⛵️ - RC Trailblazer

An adventure out on the water for sure.
I went out to High River to see what these RC sail boats are all about. I have always wanted to check these out and they did not disappoint. Grant was out there running his new to him lime green sailboat with some help of the veterans.
This was a club race/practice day. And they basically start on a voiced timer then run around a few bouys on the water. Zig zagging in the wind to catch the speed. pretty cool!

Those IOM class sailboat are so amazing...I tried them once, super fast and very precise, and their capabilities are outstanding, this is truly art in RC sailing, so much better than some cheap RC sailboats which you can get on any corner for few hunderd bucks. Would love to hear more about IOM sailboats and their class, for sure. 😍

The IOM class is one of worst sailboat configuration I've ever seen
