The most user adjustable radio so far, nice 👍. Internal memory, folding gimbal sticks, replaceable switches, antenna options, wow has it all, even an Oled screen. Great option for those interested in an adjustable, Gemini radio. Ooohhhh nice blue button lights. Great review Albert!!

Very interesting and cool looking radio. I'm a pincher, plus I'm clumsy with arthritis so I always use a neck strap. So this radio may work for me. Thanks for sharing your feelings on the ergonomics of the radio. 👍😎

Yes, it says so in the product specs. Radiomaster also sells a 2S 21700 pack that will fit this radio too.

the tx12 had a combined charging and data port on the top. Is this an upgrade to the x12 line?

When I first saw this I thought the same thing about the shape and that it looks kinda uncomfortable. Also, the stock switch layout is kind of odd, they should have added latches instead of momentary for arming. Lastly, I feel like this radio makes sense for longrange pilots, I don't see a need if you're only doing freestyle.

Actually, the Gemini X isn't really for long range as it's been proven that range is not increased with this dual band setup (see my previous video). Instead, it's for pilots who fly in places where there is a lot of RF interference. Think places like office parks or urban environments. Also, going forward into 2025, Gemini X will be the standard for ELRS and the the dual band components will shrink down to smaller sizes so expect this to be incorporated into all new radios going into 2025 and beyond. Hopefully, this information will be educational about what Gemini X is and is not.

The thumbnail you used used hides the shape of the radio. The top shape of the radio is obscured by the case in the background. IMO, the radio would look better with a higher contrast background. Not a big deal, but I thought I'd offer my feedback. Thanks for another interesting video. I'm seriously thinking about getting one of these but I think I'll wait until it is in various shops to save on shipping.

@@jamesaustin4260 I think the radio looks cool. It's hard to see the shape in the thumbnail. I doubt regular viewers care, but a think a better thumbnail would be more likely to draw in new viewers.
