Where I live, in west-central Florida, there is no source of 2.5 inch PVC pipe in six or eight foot lengths on the shelf. One can order it in ten foot lengths (which means wasting half of it), but then there are shippping charges. The materials cost of such a project alone makes it uneconomical. Until I find a reasonable answer, I'll bike in the sunshine only.

Very very smart idea. I been researching fenders for my gas bike hard to find a set that works with disc brakes and is safe this looks great lets you get the prefect fit for your bike your build love it..

This was a great idea, but 3:00 is really cringy. Just a friendly safety tip, hold it from the top side or place it over a board or something to drill or moments distraction can leave you with an injured hand.

Pretty damn good, I was thinking of doing something similar with some leftover PVC I've got now that we're headed into Wet and Cold season here too. I'd need something shorter since I don't have a rack but I do have L brackets that I used to use for front and rear reflectors which have become redundant since I've bought flashy lights that bind onto my seatpost and handlebar.

Parece un tubo de 1 pulgada y media, ya que es la medida más intermedia, 2 pulgadas sería un tubo muy grande, aunque experimentando y cortando se puede verificar, saludos
