Thank you for sharing, excellent performance! I had a question. What does the crescendo on measures 6-8 mean if the pedals are playing octaves? Or do you maybe think he is emphasizing a rhetorical crescendo to do with spacing and tempo? It's a curious spot.

I'd assume it's done by an assistant, or you just don't play the octaves :P
