He says "Príncipe Enamoreishon", comes from a joke in Spanish: as many words in English end in -ation (/eishon/), every Spanish word can be made into English by adding -ation. Mochila (backpack) -> mochilation /mochileishon/; enamorado (in love) -> enamoration /enamoreishon/. So, the step is called Príncipe Enamorado, as @yupi303 said :)
