Leaving your stuff like that in the open and you’re in Stockton? You’re brave 😅. Have you ever thought about Share Grid for rentals? You can rent gear that way and it ends up being a whole lot cheaper than a camera store and there’s always something in the area that you choose, for the most part.

That HoneyBook thing is real. They already take more of a cut than I like. And price is currently significant. I saw the email and was hurt. I was busy so I didn’t do the analysis to see how much. I was gonna email them and ask if they are planning on decreasing the processing fee(s)

yea my smallrig tripod has the small problem on one leg

Great vlog, bro! I’ve got the same tripod, and those screws constantly need tightening-it’s so frustrating. I’ve already lost three of them, and at this point, my tripod is held together by pure determination and blind faith.

Great vid…I just bought the GVM Pro SD300C and it’s a workhorse. I caught it on sale at B&H for $380 but it’s back up to $499. But Amazon has it for $399 if you’re a Prime Member. Just wanted t share another comparable option.

I got a set of amaran tubes recently and one of them is faulty. Hoping the new one that comes in works! Bummer to hear this is more common than not with their units.

How does A7SIII hold up as your B-cam?

So far I’m not mad at it. For interviews you still have to play with it in post to match the fx6. In an ideal world I’d rather have two of the same cameras for my interviews to make my post workflow faster.
