shair00 yeah great you didn't. It slows down for most of us and we come to a point when we realize the people who teased us were just immature. Regular teasing can break people. It makes some of us bitter but I think most of us just learn what not to do to other people. I don't like to make other people feel bad.

So called White peoples were never actually a "singular white race", but are albino's; modern white Europeans are the combination of African albino's from Africa and Indian albino's from Southern Asia, breeding and mixing together in Northern Europe before the advent of the Roman empire.

I have Albinism myself. I know this video is a bit dated but the information is still the same. I’m so glad that the awareness is out there. I don’t perceive Albinism as a curse or a negative trait. Society is ignorant and uneducated about this condition. I hope more videos like this will come out to spread awareness. I know a lot of people with Albinism who are very successful.

Especially since a white man can take pills and be blacker than a black man and a albino could use a spray tan and look lightskin. Light ts makes no sense color isn’t a thing really nowadays any white man can become black but they still look white and blacks can have albinos and they still look black

I really don't know why people stare and talk about it in the first place. I find it very normal and not worthy mentioning. When I see a person with albinism in the street I don't stare at all. Yes I say to myself "He is different." but not in a bad way.

Kenyon, I have albanism too. I dye my hair too. I am now Director of Camp Marcella a camp in NJ for children who are legally blind. That is where I met other children with albanism. There was no specilal equipment when I went to school (I'm 32 now) but with my family's support I now, in addition to camp, own my own daycare, and am a PhD candidate. I can't tell you people will stop judging or commenting, because in my world they still do. However, there is a sport for you -look it up Goalball it's so much fun. This is awesome and heartbreaking. I agree with some of the commentators below who say that a person with albinism lives a totally normal life. However, middle school is a very challenging time for all children, especially those who the "in-group" views as different. He will hopefully grow into a self-aware and self-confident adult, but I hope that nobody forgets how hard it is to be different amongst your peers at such a difficult age.

They are so soft, pure, beautiful, like not from this Earth. And most of all they are a part of the youth of the nation of the population on this planet. Remember that. These are great kids with great parents. I find myself wondering if the incident in the store (where the older white woman called security on Kenyan's father) isn't a whole lot more about racism than it is about albinism. I mean, she would've acted that way about a black father with an adopted child, or a black male caregiver with a child he is responsible for. I guess these are two interconnected issues, two kinds of prejudice.

He's freaking adorable, and his brother is the bee's knees. ^_^ It can be tough living in a visual society when you're VI (speaking from experience here), but I know that he'll find a sweetie someday, who knows exactly what matters most- his huge heart. :)

Can I just say, I think this kid is absolutely brilliant. I love his personality, I love how he expresses himself. I think he is one of the coolest, laid back kids I've ever seen. I love how he knows that he's cute.. I love that, I think that is spectacular. He is spectacular. And I love his awesome brother as well. Praise God.

For me they are all cute.. but i feel a little bit sorry for the sunlight that affects the other twin.. but really... people shouldn't be caring about skin colors anymore in this century.. * -Black people stop hating each others. -Black people stop hating asians, indians, white people or anyone. -White people stop hating each others. -White people stop hating asians, indians, black people or anyone.. -Indians stop hating each others.. -Indians stop hating black people, asians, white people, or anyone. -Asians stop hating each others. -Asians stop hating indians, white people, black people or anyone. * The world has major problems to focus on!!!

Just wondering in the current racial climate in Amerikkka do you still feel the same way? Also I know of very few "black" people who hate other races we're too busy trying to hold their hands and sing "We are the World" while they're occupied kicking us in the ass.

Siviyon Whitaker Seconded that.Beautiful story indeed. Sorry for all the pain you may have experienced growing up.I find albinos rather interesting more than "freaks of nature", even if those unique treats come with help problemss, they aren't severe as Cancer so to speak. You're very beautiful and don't let anyone ever bring you down and tell you otherwise.Your albinism makes you a unique individual.Take care.

I have albinism. I can't tell you how many times I've been called a "Ghost" by people. Once, someone even told me I'd blend in with the pages of a book! Just last week, a group of kids were thinking about why I was so white. They didn't even make it secret! I was, like, 5 feet away! I'm fed up of how many times I've been bullied for having to wear a cap, or for having pale skin. I also get dizzy a lot because of it, and all people can do is laugh when I can't help it.
