@@Edward_Timershin Probably not, but there were no trumpets with valves at the time. Perhaps this was originally written for oboe?

ça c'est de la trompette .Quelle virtuosité .Je possède vos études c'est pas du gâteau et aussi l'enregistrement de celles ci .Peu de trompettistes actuels sont capables de les jouer en france mais je peux me tromper .
