That's exact same favorite build I played in yellow mists and enjoyed so much. In black though it was tough to chase enimies if you're winning or escaping if losing

Yes This build really hard to chase ppl. Use W/E and sprint at right time is important

They kill t7 t6 and those t7 and t6 regears by killing lower tier player or PVE

Try Duskweaver helmet with that build, Im sure u could catch most BL with Helmet + E Combo. Dont know if u need the dmg from helmet to win the fights though.
