Bro rly spend 30k focus on 3 mil est. Profit. Fr tho, capes are one of the best low budget moneymaker. Start with enchanting 4.0 exc/mp to 4.3 capes and then get them to be faction capes. Later try the same thing with 8.0 capes, buy mp 8 flat and get them to .3 and then faction :) do the math, should be around 3 mil per cape minimum, do all possible capes in each city 3+ and you have 500mil in no time.
