for the head skin: its a jester skin you can buy in market for the body skin: idk if still possible but I got it during the early release of eu server where they have an event that if you play in eu server for the first 1-2weeks you get an activity points to unlock this skin for the backpack skin: its like a christmas skin also can buy in market idk the exact name
