Dont you think that its not the weapon but the Robe that allows you to kite? How can you call it the best kiting weapon when one just cant survive using any other armour piece? am I wrong? Its clearly not the "Best Kiting Weapon" compared to bows and frost staffs period.

It's not fun at all, it's based on waiting for the cooldown and running.
