Yo , this build is op for pvp but not the best for pve …. It s not that bad to solo fame farm using it but there are a lot other build more efficient than this one ( pve)

I think u are talking about overcharge !! Overcharge means overpowering your items for 30 min with the risk of losing some of them ( 15% probability of trashing ) All depends on your luck . and in order to overcharge : you must buy 10 siphoned energy from the market ...... cost btween 90k-100k and you gain about 100 item power
