Wow, what a marvellous artist. I have seen his art on the internet, sadly not in real life, but never really understood how he made them. Absolutely stunning 👌

Durero es uno de los grandes. Un gran pintor y dibujante y a la vez un empresario de sí mismo, un marchante, alguien , que como luego Rubens, fue capaz de controlar su producción y la de otros, pero ante todo un artista, alguien muy lejano de factory de reproducciones repetitivas o sencillamente bobas a las que nos han querido hacer secuaces y lo siguen queriendo hacer, autotitulados artistas de mariposas, lunares, colillas, animales en formol, fotografías coloreadas o pinturas craqueladas

I think he saw the works of Leonardo da Vinci. Some of the faces remind of Leonardo’s drawings and paintings.

Melancolia is a self-portrait. Does anybody else see that? He could have painted a woman, looking similiar to him. But that is not a woman. That's Albrecht Dürer. In full drag. Look at the self-portraits. What did the neighbours think? When you think about, it starts getting interesting.
