forget me not is not about a romantic relationship. it’s about his mom who was diagnosed with lewy body dementia, which is basically a combination of parkinsons and alzheimers. obviously, theres an emphasis on the alzheimers in that song.

Canada knew all along what we had with Trench. We preferred to keep them hidden for a while, they get a lot of air time in Canada. A lot of Air time!
