This looks like clc blocks. Heat curing is needed for aac blocks which is not done in video. So must be clc bls.

Raw Material ratio is depend on what raw material you are using. Generally 1 part Cement and 2 Parts Flyash / Fine Sand. Water curing required Minimum for 7 Days.
