UPDATE: 1) The pad did an update and now it keeps showing a banner to finish my setup and asks about copying data, so I say don't copy but it wants me to add a gmail address or phone #. and it doesn't have the "skip" option just create account & next. What is the right thing to do because I can't get rid of this banner but I would like to be able to use the play store. 2) After doing this can you actually add a new play store gmail account in order to get additional apps and updates?

" without telling us where to click to get in to disable the option. I had to finally watch the video on computer at full screen to see where you were tapping to be able to follow you. There were a bunch of go back clicks you didn't say, you just did it and other pop up features and maneuvers I had trouble following. Had to stop video, go back 10 or 20 seconds and start to accurately write it down. Then I tried following in real time. Maybe I was to focused on getting everything I put right. Once I was locked out I tried to factory reset the device, Google didn't like that, so I am curious if it will work

new updates disable chrome entirely, at least the tmobile alcatel.. so none of these will work anymore can get all the way to the DL page but things aren't possible to DL since it isn't the actual chrome app, it's some ancient chrome version with disabled JS and disabled browsing and disabled url bar embedded in the gboard or w/e app you launcher from
