The WORST phone for older people. I just bought one for my mother... it's a joke. After going in the Contacts menu, and picking the desired contact, and pushing the green dial tab.. it doesn't dial the number, instead it gives you a few options instead, to change, to dial etc. Very very confusing... even for me, let alone for a 70+ year old. DO NOT buy it.

I haven't used it but try to press the green button longer. It may call that way the contact, and if you press it and leave at once is like pressing more options button.
