What do you mean by case A?

"case" usually refers to having the last of, or sometimes one of the last of, a certain tile. Having the last of a certain tile, such as the A, tends to increase the value of that tile. For example, if you have the "case" S, you can make a word that can pluralize and hit a big spot, knowing your opponent can't do the same.
