I will not tell untruth. I was very sceptical of sadhguru. I thoroughly enjoyed his videos and I did to some extent believe in his abilities and connection with the truth. For some reason there always remained a stone of scepticism in me. Then today, a day where I had a very upset stomach and a mind torturing itself with doubt and anger I stopped. Just for a second. Then I just accepted it. All of it. I thought to myself, well if this is life, then this is life. I will do whatever life requires of me. If it is enjoyable so be it, if not, so be it. From there I was somehow untouched by life in a strange way. I was completely apart of it but I wasn't wrestling with it. Thank you Sadhguru

I know you posted this a year ago but I was interested in reading it. this particular video is a complex one for me, hard to grasp, but Sadhguru has changed my life .I discovered him a year or two ago myself. I can understand which type of stone of skeptic you had because I have it right now. Sometimes sadhguru has said some unscientific things and my mind just can't let go. I know what he says has connection with truth but I just can't accept it. I think what if this also a belief not truth. Some people have said openly against sadhguru on Quora. I doubt everything. I can't believe in anything., I just can't... I don't know...

​@@Mathematical_Beauty He makes mistakes, like everyone. He even said "I've gone too far" in this video." he is not a god. No one is a god in a magical sense. I don't think that sadhguru would want anyone to believe in his words. I think he wants you to experience. Scepticism is good about ideas but not about your own experience. Trust is good, but trust needs to be earned in my opinion.

Alchemy Of Ecstasy, a topic very difficult to grasp, but Sadguru makes it easy to understand by giving beautiful examples and ending it with Shankar's storey. Shankara defeated everyone in logical arguments but inside temple he would cry and dance. When asked the reason he replied, my logic is for the world and this is for me. How nice !

Life is all there is - associated or disassociated. What appears as death is in reality a phase transition, hopefully a conscious one. Disassociate to observe compulsive reactive patterns, associate in being aware of being aware as conscious response to Life. What appears as a limit is in reality a creative guideline.

Agree with so many things he say, and so many things he of spiritual matter he say is in my experience also, not as an philosophy. But i do not agree, that we have evolved for many years of evolution into a human being like he say. Its more like we have devolved. When God put man here we where complete, but we have made ourself uncomplete. (Yes maybe this is more an assumption like he says? but also this evolution theory is also an assumption, cause no one really knows this. But i feel in my bodily memory that evolution theory is not true, also there are many hidden evidence for giant humans, giant trees, and many other observeable things that make evolution of man and millions of years not beliveable! Also he talks about the earth as a globe and that it spins and the space and so on. This is neither so evident if one pay attention like he says. Globe has become a idea in the mind that many just accept without actually observe if it really is so. It really seems like the earth is flat, and its possible to experince and see this for ourself. But the essence of what he is saying is eternal truth, Jesus also is saying in essence the same things for 2000 years ago.
