Somin Jung deserves more recognition. I think she is one of the most underrated actress in Korean industry. The chemistry she brings in with each of her co-stars is just phenomenal - Playful kiss, Because this is my first life, The Smile has left your eyes, Monthly Magazine Home, now Alchemy of Souls - she has really good chemistry with all of her male leads.

This pairing is like a chef's kiss in drama history🏆 I kind of understand why somin literally acts like she knows nothing about him. Jaewook is braver in that sense because him guessing answers means his respect to a senior, which in return, somin kinda wants to protect her image in order to prevent some kind of gossip or shipping of fans, especially considering his age, me thinks, which is very reasonable when you think about how unhealthy some fans can be 🙄 I respect both of them and love their acting in the drama. I hope to see them together in a comedy in the future!🥰
