We're playing this piece in concert in a few weeks. I'm first alto, but I'm more proud of our oboist. She's a freshman and I taught her the instrument. She's doing great, and every time I hear her play the solo in the beginning, I can't help but think, "I MADE THAT!!!!" lmao

We are playing this piece in Concert Band this year! It's so fun to play the Chords on tuba at 148 also since we don't have an oboe I was given the solo on tuba in the beginning 😃

Playing 1st alto on this one for a festival at Sonoma State. Wish us luck, it's a bit harder to coordinate as an ensemble than it sounds!

This is a wonderful piece of music. I played it on Euphonium during the summer of 2015 at UIC, I was apart of the Symphonic Band, it's a wonderful selection.

I'm playing this in my spring concert, and it's such a fun song for a tenor sax player

I'm playing 3rd Bb clarinet in this piece but not for a concert because I'm too young.

Beauriful composition. Just wondering, is this straight orchestra along with Alchemy or was your idea in using Alchemy all by itself. Either way, it's great. Where did the name Alchemy come from?

Majapahit believed that wth the right composition of chemicals, they could turn anything to stone thus the name alchemy
