Being a chemist myself, hum frequently lab mein alcohols use karte hai as a polar solvent. This is a very interesting experiment but I’m not convinced ki sirf water hi absorb hua hai and not alcohol. A good control experiment would be to check ki orbeez alcohol absorb karenge ki nhi by putting them in pure alcohol.
