honestly, every part of your drawing process is really interesting to watch, so i'd enjoy watching you do lineart just as much as coloring and sketching. but i understand that it can be inconvenient to film every minute of the process, especially when you need to focus on the drawing. anyway, thank you for this video :)
@Kloodwig2 жыл бұрын
Thanks :) It's kind of both, inconvenient and boring. But the inconvenient part is less about filming and more about knowing that I have to edit hours of video. Especially the stuff that I film in the evening isn't going to show up much in the final video because it just looks bad so I try to keep that in mind.

Oh wow, I love how subtle these are. Markers have been a favorite medium of mine all through my middle and high school years, but I've fallen out of using them since I went to college-- this super inspires me to pick them up again, as like you, I was a bit nervous on how crazy saturated markers tend to be. Being able to blend them down is so nice. And the trick of using sepia ink first and then black ink in certain places later is awesome! Aaaand your dog is so cute still :)

Oh also I have a ton of Japanese books, something you can try that helped me is taking a photo and putting it through google translate app it’s not perfect but it gets the job done. Your text was “ 1. paint the skin undercoat. After applying light orange YROOO all over the face, apply beige E41 in the same way. By mixing the two colors, you can get closer to the color of the digital rough. 2. Add shadows to the ear holes and neck with pale blue-green BG10. Cool colors are used to accentuate the warm tones of the skin.”
