In connection with the end of litigation, Larry Johnson has issued this public statement: “... For example my account of the Ted Williams cryopreservation, which was not based upon my first-hand observation as noted in my book, is contradicted by information furnished by ALCOR. Hmm. I could shift to CI too. Tell me your serious reasons. Did you pay extra for standby with Suspended Animation Inc.? Have you looked at CI's financial statements to figure out if their stability depends on receiving donations? I have not. Alcor claims to have got their business in order to avoid structural deficit. I don't recall CI mentioning the issue either way, and I don't know whether that's because they never considered it or because they solved it long ago.

Why would you trust someone selling a book with a profit motive over a court of law with morality as a motive. Sure the courts aren't always right but 9 times out of 10 they are. Book writers almost always say or do what they have to in order to sell thier book weither the have to tell the truth or lie. The penalty for lieing in a book is nill unless you slander.
