Looks like I hit the nerves of a bunch of triggered sissies. For those young queens the Jsettes were the first to dance without batons starting in the 70s and the first to dance with white gloves in the early 80s. The J-settes started a lot of moves before some of the schools even had a dance line children. The J-settes are trailblazers in their own right. Know your history before you try to come for me.

I mean, the closer the schools are the more their styles are going to look similar. That's normal and expected... are the GGs stealing the actual J-Sette counts move for move or nah? For me they look more in the center between J-Settes and the Stingettes, and that style stands on its own for them, so what's the issue?

It's such a specific style of dance, there's only so many different ways you can buck and shimmy in the stands and make it 100% unique.
