The only thing Alcorn was missing was a quarterback. We had the tools to win, but our defense got tired. The offense not executing made the defense work harder. Time of possession and consistency is mandatory to win football games. Conservative football is not going to cut it!

First let me commend you on the video, it was nice to see the opposing team for a change. Yes I am admittedly a JSU fan, but as a Mom to an adult son who played football years ago it makes me happy to see the young men of Alcorn turn up and be excited to play and represent their university. Good school, good team, good head coach regardless to the outcome of the game. I am quite proud of you young men and I would happily watch more of your teams videos if you continue to market yourselves. I’m challenging you to make me a fan of Alcorn too, I’d go along for the ride with you guys and cheer you on as well. That’s why videos like these are meaningful. It was a good game and for a moment Alcorn was going to be the David to JSU's Goliath. Alcorn didn't get wiped out like Southern. JSU had to work for that W. (No shade on the Tigers; they deserve the recognition for the winning regular season.) Also, Alcorn players didn't disgrace themselves on and off the field.
