We stayed in Bahia hotel about 38years ago. More shops now and lovely restaurants, maybe we will take a trip there soon.

Hi Alex, Another great video that is very helpful for us future visitors, and sun worshippers! I'm due to stay in the Bahia de Alcudia later this year with the extended family so it's great that you start the video/walk there as it gives me a good idea of our location and what is around us. After visiting Santa Ponsa last year we knew we had to return to Mallorca again this year and, even though we loved Santa Ponsa, we said we'd venture to somewhere new for the variety and to get a better feel of the wonderful island that is Mallorca. The stunning looking Alcudia beach is what really swayed our choice to book in Alcudia this year and your videos have been hugely influencial in our decision making and 'research'. Thanks for all the work you put in, it's been a great help, and a wonderful resource for us, and I'm sure many, many others. Mallorca is one of the most beautiful places in the world and your channel really highlights that. I'm sure many can relate but when the weather is dreary, grey and wet here in Ireland, your channel is the first thing we put on the TV and we're instantly whisked away to a sunnier, more beautiful, warm, and welcoming part of the world. We were in Alcudia 3 weeks ago . We were in an Aparthotel and ha ha one night my partner drove down to 'Loyds Chip Shop' and got Fish & Chips. It was delicious, very good, would recommend. We also had some lovely meals out in the Old Town and a great Restaurant beside our Hotel called 'Nuo Palmeras' . Think he has one in the Port but this one is beside the Hotel 'Grupotel Port de Alcudia' ' . Great Video Alex x

Amazing video Alex. The restaurants you passed are all institutions around the port. Especially ca’n punyetes which is a tapas bar the locals love. It was great seeing the port again

Currently in palma nova 1st time on island (Rosa del mar ) wow what a place almost getting 2 resorts for the price of 1 (magaluf) hotels fantastic and the people who work in the bars are so friendly off to blackbeards tonight

Fantastic video Alex, We are 64/73 planning our first trip in October to the Island , I have it narrowed down to Cala Millor, Can Picafort or Alcudia/Alcudia Port . Peaceful, relaxing ,good food nice beach. Any suggestions Thanks

In Alcudia this moment. Fantastic place. But the tours to other places made me a bit upset. Almost all tours are 1 hour from Alcudia and 4 hours inside of the bus. We end up renting a car which was cheaper and faster.

I guess it depends where you are looking at going to. It's definitely quicker to get around by car... but then there is the issue of parking. It's not always easy.

I’m just back today great holiday but won’t be back no real entertainment outside just bar restaurant. Not for us first & last in Majorca stayed in Globelas de Alcudia. Video not really telling the true story. It’s crap nightlife
