Alde 3020 Heating control basics and overview

Thanks for sorting out an issue with my heating system, I will have to wait until I can get into the caravan to see if the offset temperature needs adjusting. My caravan is in for service and I rang them this morning questioning the accuracy of my alde thermostat which has to my mind been giving a false reading. There response was to tell me that if they had to investigate charges started at £108.00 per hour, I declined this service and agreed to live with it, (he did say that he was filling in for one of the service team and he was normally on sales!!) Strangely enough I'm just back from the caravan show at the Nec, I didn't buy anything there but will definitely be returning to the fold for next year's season. Looking forward to it. Amazing, I was flummoxed too with the temp reading not being the true meaning. I have reduced it by 5 degrees and hey presto! I would never have done it without you. Thanks

High altitude setting means high gas usage and higher and continious pump output. Click it and it gets working hard. Also you can not use all of your gas because quarter full has tank wont be enough for your Alde. Temp gauge is like a button which you cannot press on. It tends to be near your living area at 1.5 metres high. Mine is black yours can be white. Thanx for temp reset. I will do it by a reliable temp reader.

Altitude setting is taking into account how much 02 the boiler requires at higher altitude

On my home screen the temp is showing 70 degrees , any idea why ?

Hi, Is the temperature set on Fahrenheit, if you go into settings maybe you could change it to Centigrade?
