This is the best way to reheat pizza. If you've never seen this done before it may seem a little extra but once you try it you'll never go back. The pizza is reheated perfectly every single time. You can’t even tell it was straight out of the fridge.

This works good. Sometimes I start it out in the oven for about 10 min and then finish it off in a pan if it's thicker pizza.

i added a small amount of oil in the pan first so i can get a crispy base...then the water:)

It’s better if you put it on high and then lower it medium and then put your pizza on the pan with baking sheet and then pour water underneath the sheet.

This really is the best way. I used to go with the oven, but I’ll be doing this from now on. I dabbed a little water on the crust as well. Seemed to really soften it up.
