Oh this looks wonderful. Several several years ago when I was working at the grocery I found out that I liked jalapeno cheese bagels toasted with a lot of butter with my tomato soup instead of grilled cheese sandwiches. This looks like a step from that even and I'm looking forward to it

@@AldermanFarms sorry that one winter it was quite cold here and that tomato soup and those bagels ended up being almost an addiction and I could have it ready and 510 minutes thank toston heating up soup I was working late night and it was not too heavy before I went to sleep but still felt I needed something to eat

It does!! Let it come to room temperature and toast it or if it’s the big loaf heat it a few minutes in a low oven!

Thank you! Well that’s a challenge! I’ve not found a GF bread dough that I would try. I think I would do a regular dough and mix in the jalapeños and put it in a a 9x13 pan where your bread would only be a few inches thick and when it’s almost done top it with cheese. I need to do a video on that!

I am so excited I am in the process of making this now, it's rising in the bowl, but I am worried about he amount of jalapenos. What I have is a jar of pickled jalapenos, do they lose some of the heat when they bake? We like spicey but not so hot we cant eat it hahahha thanks so so much :)

That depends on the peppers! I don’t like super hot jalapeños (Tommy), but I enjoy a little “warmth.” So the key is finding a jalapeño that isn’t super hot, and also putting the right amount in the bread.

Adding salt with the yeast will weaken ans kill the yeast. Sugar water and yeast wait ten mins for it too start fermentation then add salt when the flour is added i was taught.
