Got myself hooked up with the Vampire 🧛‍♀️ cos looks pretty cool for 7 quid! Already got the others as they keep repeating this offer. Hopefully next year they might do some different models. The Lidl offers look much better though. The quickbuilds are simple but really nice models and are just nice for a change if you want to avoid painting and glueing for a change. I'm gonna get the Mclaren and Porsche revell car kits if they are in stock. The Porsche and Mclaren kits are fairly new tools so aren't too bad for revell! Glad that you managed to get to ALDI (not Lidl as you slipped up and said) and stocked up. I bought the Vampire and Tomahawk but not the Spitfire, which I have already, nor the Cromwell because, you know, it's a tank. Inspired by your builds of the Finnish Airforce aeroplanes, I have started building the very elderly Airfix kit of the Fiat, which I bought on Ebay. It's pretty dreadful and has more flash than Del Trotter on a Saturday night. More worryingly, most of the panel lines for hatches and suchlike are so shallow and faint that I don't think that they will be visible under even the thinest coats of paint: what are they like on the one you have built ?
