Put broccoli as a side or with chicken and in a low fat cream cheese mushroom sauce with some pasta rice or little spuds

So glad i found your channel. Im joining sw next week. Do you know how many syns the protein yoghurts are please? Also i can not get spaghetti bol right either. I have found if you use the sw frozen tomato sauce along with spices and meat courgettes, onions,pepper and Worcester sauce it can be nice

It's the creamy tomato sauce not the bolognaise sauce

If you got slimming world app type in spaghetti bolognise .or add your 5% mince onions peppers lazy garlic chilli salt pepper. Tin tomatoes or passata or both beef stock add what you like x
