Regarding the Salt intake the salt content in most foods is quite high. I've started been mindful of the salt in products.

Tony food: I bought two weeks of Farmers Dog in the deal for new subscribers. It was 60% off but still dear. My dog is a picky eater. Very. She was not that keen on it. But, she likes human food. So what I do now is when I am making dinner I cut off an ounce or two of meat. I cook it off with a half a sweet potato, a carrot, some rice and what ever other dog safe veg and then mash it all up. She loves it. Can’t do every day. So when chicken or beef is on special, I make up a big batch and freeze it. Spinach, sweet potato, rice, carrots, pumpkin, and bits of whatever I might have. A couple pounds of chicken and the rest makes enough for a week and costs about $6 US. Or about $.85 a day and it is healthy without all the additives. Takes no active cooking time. Cut, boil and mash. The best thing is that she eats it. Tony seems like he is a good eater. Pumpkins. Love pumpkins for decoration and eating. Yours look great and are so inexpensive. A third of what ours are. Bake at home bread. Again so much cheaper. Ours are $3.79 for four. Humus. Love humus. Can of chick peas, some tahini, garlic and oil. Makes a huge tub for about $1.60. Easy to make and you can spruce it up with whatever you have on hand. Coffee. Definitely need milk frother. I only buy coffee out when I am traveling now. Used to buy one or two a day which is so expensive. I know I am repeating myself but if our processed foods were as nice as yours and as reasonably priced I would probably buy more if it. Love the candles! Have a happy holiday.
