Thank you Bobby! After subscribing to your channel about 2 months ago, I have completely changed the way I consume food. I got rid of all bad oils in my pantry. Everytime I buy food now I always read the ingredients. Even though 'bobby approved' items are pricey I also don't buy items I typically used to buy so it kinda equals out. Also, buy eating healthier I have lot 9 lbs along the way I desperately wanted to lose. Keep up the good work on your videos!

GABA is a natural supplement that has been proven to lower blood pressure. I know this because I did some research on it because I don't need my blood pressure dropping any lower, because then I would have low blood pressure. I'm going to take it anyway and just keep tabs. You totally missed the Synergy Kombucha right next to the Heathade which is zero added sugar! They use kiwi juice in their kombucha base and only flavor with real fruit juice. Most are only 50 calories. Love those things!

The grass fed ground beef use to come in a multipack and there was more ounces of meat per package. I think it was 24oz per pack but not for sure.

Yes please!!! I cannot really find anything myself that is clean that does not taste terrible. I think I have thrown away 6 bottles I bought a various stores in the last 12 months.

@@lockergr same experience I had. I ended up pouring salt, black pepper, and a little monkfruit sugar in one just to get it to taste better. It's not cheap, I can afford it, but if it takes buying six of them to find a decent one, I'd rather not buy them.

When you touch items and then touch your mask, you are transferring those germs to your mask. I saw a video how that works and it was interesting how your fingers have the bad stuff on them and then transfer that to your mask. You need to get a mask that stays up over your nose. Hummus does not need oil of any kind. I have a great recipe by Ina Garten (Barefoot Contessa) - no oil, just chick peas, tahini, garlic and lemon juice and a little bit of salt and Tabasco sauce... it is delicious!! Very simple to make if you have a food processor.

Bobby, you are on FIRE! I went to Aldi in Los Angeles while watching your haul and picked up the keto ice cream. It is a complete game changer, I got the mint chip flavor and it tasted better than the real thing. They don’t carry the egg cauliflower wraps yet or the Spindrift water. They do have wraps made from mozzarella cheese, I’ll give those a try someday as well as those hot dogs. Aldi is awesome.

I went to ALDI last month and for the first time found organic 100% grass fed beef meatballs so I scooped a couple of them up but have yet to find them again, I am bummed but at the same time glad I grabbed more than one bag!

Charlene L Buy the ground meat and make your own! I’m not a cook by any means, but I’m trying to cook simple recipes for my toddler. I use the ground meat Bobby featured in the video, add a few things like shedded Apple, cumin, and pepper. I also add onion, because my child likes it. Mix it together, roll into balls, and cook in a toaster oven or air fryer. If I can do it, you can, too!

Those spray oils you talked about... I could have sworn they have propellants in them. I was super excited when I saw those at my Aldi and I was about to pick a few up when I noticed that nowhere on there it said that it had no propellants. I may be wrong... I’ll have to look again.

Zane Kramer They bring in the non propellent ones every now and then, so I grab a couple of those when they have them. If you notice they were not by the other oils but down the aldi finds aisle.

I've been battling stomach issues for over two years now and still suffering. Spent a lot of money on doctors and nothing worked. I've gotten a little better, but the bloating and gas just sit in my stomach, and is creating an array of health issues. It's so bad it affects my vision and immune system. Always cooked my own meals, and watched what I ate, but I've come to the conclusion that there is an underlying issue that no one seems to know.
