All the process has to be done n then when you get the grant of land n the Sanad , apply to Panchayat for NOC for constr. GAUMKARS hv special prov. The concerned hv to keep their eyes open to chk on illegal and guide or stop, to the right person. All know about the procedures. So inform them on advance.
