Its simple actually hes just doing hammer ons to add flavor. The capo is on the 2nd fret with a standard tuned guitar. His is a half step down i think. Anyways the chords are Am, F, C, and the last chord i know how to play just don't know the name of. Just put a finger on the A string (in between fret 3 and 2) and another one on the B string (towards the capo, like right next to it)
