I don’t think it’s auto tuned, because you can hear the fluctuations, but before he sings he has to speak loudly to have the camera pick it up. But as soon as he starts singing the wind goes away

lol.... playing the guitar and singing requires a lot of breath and energy.. it isn't easy lem'me tell you... plus the camera man was closer thus it sounded louder when he spoke... And he didn't talk lout either shy or his voice is naturally like that... you do recall the guy had to ask the dong title twice because he couldn't hear... and auto tune doesn't work that way...
