I relate to this heavily. We said we loved each other, but I was the only one telling the truth. I was so patient, so understanding. She would never text me unless I texted first. She would misgender me a few times, despite me being open about my pronouns and what I was comfortable with. I broke things off, it hurt but it was for my mental health. She said she was leading me on, so she was glad I said something. It wasn't a long relationship but she meant the world to me. To her it was all fake. She ignored me, emotionally manipulated me everyday for 3 months. My mental health was already low but after I was just broken. It added on to my abandonment issues, my level of trust never the same. Never again.
