HELP !!! Instagram keeps asking me we need help to verify who you are. I click the selfie option then get the code once I enter this on the app my screen goes completely white. Same thing happens when I get a password reset code I put it in and my screen goes white. I tried using desk to but the just tells me to use a app

I have a unique issue. Whenever I try to put in my Instagram password that has a number in it and I switch to the number keyboard, it switches immediately to the alphabet keyboard and starts to flicker. I can’t switch back to the number keyboard and I am stuck… I deleted the app, took a week off, came back and same issue. I dunno.

By default i have made the setting of google authentic code as security. Yes my mobile no is not updated. Now, last week i changed my mobile, now when i am trying to login - it's asking for the same, when i am trying other options like mobile selfie, it's not working for me.
