Maam could you tell me the different of this two sentence... I have little confusion in it I exercised for an hour Vs I had exercised for an hour... It seem like the exercise had done at some point in past.... How it different from each other... By putting " had and without had"

wahi jo ‘maine ek ghanta exercise kari’ aur ‘main ek ghanta exercise kar chuki thi’ me hai ☺️ samajh aaya? When you say I had exercised for an hour, in most cases, you are about to refer to something else also.. like I had exercised for an hour by the time he made me something to eat. Is it clear now?
