Hi ma'am.I used to watch your videos and literally I love it so much. You are so genuine to everyone's problem .I also believe that a teacher is now was a student then and you completely justify this.ok I am sharing what I have gone through .First of all it was a seminar in my college and I had researched the toppic very well and I was ready for that but at the time when my name was announced I was getting nervous and my legs started shivering automatically and my tongue became dry but I stood strongly ,I fought with myself to stand there and after my seminar was over I felt I did this but what I could feel that I had not given my 100% and from that day I am feeling so shamed and under- confident that I could not give my 100%.. But after watching your video I am feeling so motivated and I am trying and I am following your path and I can see the difference , it's working and one day I will definitely recreate myself and will definitely be a good public speaker and you will be there behind me.#love

When I speak in front of people I feel 1. My heartbeat gets faster and my whole face gets red. 2. Hessitation and nervousness 3. Fear to be laughed at In my class when I had to speak in front of people I felt like my heart will come out of my bod. You know my heartbeat used to get faster and the whole face is red and mouth used to feel dry and it still happens to me till date. When somebody ask me a question and I have to give a reply I freeze and my english sound like broken english. It was so embarassing. Because when I see my classmates speaking English fluently I used feel like shit. I used to to cry but I knew one thing that crying would not solve anything. So I promise myself I will improve not for anybody but for myself. So that in future when I will get a opportunity to speak in front of people I feel confident in my english and myself. And so that I can help other people and you know and tell them there was a time when my english was not so good but here i am speaking in front of you all and anything is possible and we Just have to made up our mind and tell ourselves I will achieve this and nothing can stop me. This is my promise to myself😊👍 Thank you mam

its really same to same as aleena said i litterally happen in starting few days... when u trying to speack and cnt find enough words to explain our feelings before odience its really hurts a lot but there lived also a hidden pain caused by this situation when we feel wordless to express our thoughts and try and try many more times to speak fluently.. its really so amazing to feel this pain.. you will laughed at me perhaps if you will listen as it happend with me.. when i joined speacking classes after some few days of disscussion classes although i was good in perormance to discuss with guys but when i was called without any information on stage and my name was called by the anker i was really shocked i litterally never forgett that moments of my life.. i was not beliving how someone called me without informing me about this.. i had to give speech before a lot of students and odiences.. when that voice asked me to come on stage a diliver a speech amond them.. i was really shocked but it cant be avert.. so i had to stand up and went there on stage the each and every body was watching my face i was felt so nervous to stand there then i only focused myself to avoid those thing which was happing.. and i start my speech and diliverd my speech infront of them i was shearing but i made me belived that i have to do it.. and i deliverd the speech and then came back to my bench.. that was my first moment on stage infront of a lot of people and odiences.. it really sacared me but those moment gave a srongest potential to speack fluent english before any people.. u cant belived after then i worked hard as much as that i really own myself stolen and prevent slumber of my nights it was happening with a crazy feeling day by day regularly.. and after then.. and by working hard now i feel better to speck among the croud or people or adiences or before stage. so the main thing was.. to speack fluently english i got my self fully fallen in crazy love to speak fluent and a profeshional english speacker. this was my story to learn english.😊

For learning english...i always used to write my story in a diary...so i thought...that i was good..bcz i was abloe to write...but i never spoke in english to anyone...one day i call my best friend...and in middle talk she used simple english...and then i was silent...i didn't tell any single word to her...and the day i realise i was not good at all...bcoz in my life nobody talk me wid english..there was no need of that...i realise writing is different from spoking...so i decide to improve my spoken english..for this firstly i started to learn english by listening..so i found ur utube channel in my feed and i subscribed your channel 1 month before...and then i talk to myself...my younger brother helps me a lot he also talk me in english...i love your english😍😍😍...u use simple english...but amazing...ur confidence..😍 i just want ur level of speaking...and thank u soooo much...u doing great...it helps to motivate me whenever i see ur vdo...😄😄😄

Public speaking is really scary for those who hesitate to talk in front of audience. I still remember when I was in school there was a competition of public speaking and the topic was "discipline". I was tensed at that moment but any how I was good enough to complete the task and got second position out of 7 members who participated in that competition :) and thank you ma'am for motivating us to learn english.

True ...your smile is frankly mind boggling...I desperately used to push myself to express my opinion on stage and also in front of the class whenever teachers ask questions ....now I think I improved a lot ...basically we must have faith on ourselves and we must be inquisitive to know about the things that are happening around us
@steavesteave26894 жыл бұрын
Initially I failed many times during public speaking but then I started to succeed .. following are couple of learnings based on my own experience, 1. Practice on subject that you gonna talk. The more you practice more you will be comfortable with your audience. 2. Keep talking every day in group of your friends(just casual talk but it will help later). Untill and unless you are able to talk in your friend's group you can't give a speech in front of big crowd or class when the time comes. 3. The most important point, if you have not followed first two points then better don't try to give a speech when the day come. You can basically make any excuse to not give speech. It is because delivering bad speech will only make you feel guilty about yourself as that will stay in your subconscious mind And that bad speech memory will make u even more nervous when u want to give public speach next time. 4. Share your thoughts about any of pain or guilt with your parents and you best genuine friends. This will help you to feel better and also help in public speaking. 5. Take it easy even if you fail, life is big and it will give many more chance. 6. Start with small speech and once you become comfortable then go for long speech. Remember one step at a time. Thank you guys🙂🙂

Public speaking is really just like monster to me. while trying to speak with my friends or professors or somebody else(though it's very often) I become so nervous that I can't express myself properly. At that moment I feel so embarrasing that I can't explain in words. I am continuously scared to be judged and also a thought that continuously moving in my brain if people make fun of me. then I feel totally blank. My body starts to trembling. my face appears to be read and I feel so underconfident at the situation.then I think that I run away the place. That's why I can't speak with a good speaker. Despite facing a lots of problems, honestly I want to be a good speaker and I always push myself to make better version of me. you are my inspiration ma'am. From you I learn how to believe in myself and conquer my all of fear. By practising so much oneday I must be a good english speaker and I promise it to myself. Thank you ma'am for constantly supporting us and really I am able to learn many things from you. always stay with us Ma'am and always keep your beautiful smiling .

Its really nice to see u explaining everything in a simple way it seems everything is easy. Ur confident and believing urself make u completely different from other. You out and out stole the show. But in case of mine. I really scare of being embarrassed. I feel people are observing me. Thats shatter my confidence and makes me fumble. reason being i have never been in such sort of stage where i can flourishe my spoken ability. I am not able to assemble my thought. And deliver in flawless manner. some times i start and all of a sudden i chock up. And also start finding my appropriate word. And this has been problem for almost two years. Initially i thought i would overcome it. But still its a ongoing issue. I wish i could have you before to some extent i would alleviate this issue. I need to build up my confidence. i am trying to get rid of tizzyness before appearing any public speech. Keeping my negative thought away and focus on my positive outlook. Tkank u mam for being so kind with us. Wish u best of luck.

Try to make sentences and write those sentences on a piece of paper and check them for any grammatical error. Speak those sentences in front of the mirror or anyone whom you trust the most. They are giving there time to u it means that u are special. The feeling of being special keeps u going. If someone from the audience laughs on u remember one thing that those who can't do anything laugh on others. I used to present seminars in my pg days ( MDS) but still I would never used to maintain eye contact with the audience (few people, like my HOD, 4-5 staff and 9 fellow pgs. ) I used to prepare the subject well , but I never used to make my speech interesting. I used to talk only my topic very theoretically and just used to finish off as fast as I can . But Now, I promise myself to do some homework before going to talk and would definitely deliver a good one by attacking them with my smile and conquering with kindness!! Thank you Aleena🙏🏻

You are right, the best way to overcome is not to panic but to inhale and exhale and keep reminding ourselves that wr can do it. Self motivation plays a vital role.

Hello Mam . I am so regreted that I saw this vedio now. It's too late now , u know mam whenever I go in front of people I don't know what actually happened to me I don't understand where to start from if I'm speaking may be someone laugh at me that's why I couldn't speak anything but when I was at home in a lonely place I try to push myself I usually start talking with me and there I never stop and took a pause . I just goes on speaking . I promise you Mam that how I speak to myself alone with fluency i will do this in front of public as well . With the help of you your motivation your courage I will change myself and be a perfect speaker. (I'm blessed to have you in my life as a teacher) .
