Heard this beautiful song “Alefe Halifu” playing in an Ethiopian restaurant 🇪🇹 I completely fell in love with the melodies and rhythm, later found out this song is about peace and brought together some of the biggest Ethiopian artists together on this song. A bit of a ‘We Are The World’ Ethiopian style ☮️✌️ Such a blast to dissect this as drummer. Each beat is divided into 5 instead of the typical 4 or 3 in American music. Enjoy!
