Another way to improve wall thickness is to blow a bubble before forming. (prestretch)

@@jenniferbonete4852 Instead of applying vacuum, apply air pressure. Bottom piece of the machine needs to be closed off.

Is this applicable also to female mould?

@@jenniferbonete4852 Yes, verry well. You can first blow a little bubble, then suck it back in. You can also wait before you applly the vacuum and let the material sag down, then apply the vacuum. But you need more heat i think.
