Aleksander Barkov has been playing incredible so far in the Stanley Cup Playoffs with the Florida Panthers. Barkov always steps up in the playoffs for the Panthers. His full complete game is one of the reasons that the Panthers have become a winning team. Barkov is incredible both defensively and offensively. The Panthers rely on Barkov to be a difference maker both 5 on 5 and in special teams. If Barkov continues to play like this and the Florida Panthers do win the Stanley Cup, there is a very good chance the Barkov wins the Conn Smythe Trophy.

I think people still dont recognize how good he is. I have watched him playing since he was 16 years old. He played in Tappara, in Liiga. (finnish professional hockey league). And he was something special. And now when he is on his prime, im so happy he plays for Panthers. He is literally a perfect hockey player. He is more physical than ever, strong as hell, very talented, makes goals, assists, insanely good on his own end and so humble and down-to-earth person. He is not the fastest player, but he replaces it with his fantastic hockey IQ and positioning. Even i am a finnish Panther fan, i think he is probably the most complete player in the world right now. And im extremely proud of him.

I'm a Canadian hockey fan. I love the Panthers and they are my favorite team . Playoffs don't take mcdavids. Or Austin Mathews. It takes two way forwards like barkov and mark stones. Your so right about barkov . It's why I love panthers . They have forsling and it's the same story. Forsling most complete defenceman. Neither are Canadian . Although... Sam Bennett is my favourite player In general. Lol as you can see I judge hockey on play offs I do not give one f u c k about fancy skills .... Getter done red neck style please and thank you... @@hockeyfanfromfinland it's always interesting to see which teams north american outsiders choose to like in the NHL. Because they are not biased like the locals are to their local team. And as a Canadian I want us to be excited about Europeans loving hockey not act like it's only a Canadian sport. Apparently Latvians love hockey to the same level as Canada and actually introduced the sport to USSR very interesting! Also interesting how the fins managed to keep the USSR out lol but that's another topic ! GO FINLAND!! 🇫🇮

@@hockeyfanfromfinland I read everything you wrote and your entirely right. Canadian fans some times are insane for real. Canuck fans burn their own cities and riot . Oiler fans are delusional about their team I could go on and on about this but meh. I judge to scale about a national hockey team like you you can't expect number 1 with a limited population. But Canada has dominated hockey with a small population in comparison to alot of our competition in history. But that is what ever. One day Canada won't be the hockey power house anymore but we will still be loving the sport no different than the rest. I even saw your posts on that rangers will beat panthers video and didn't bother jumping in because you were entirely right. I subscribed to you lol you know your hockey for sure. I love the fact that he is not a showboat when he scores . He displays tremendous respect for the opponent when he talks about them . Very hard to dislike.

Insanely good overall player, has gotten oddly little attention. His performances on the ice have been incredible for years, big smart player with magical hands. Reads the game well, passes and shots have pinpoint accuracy, stick handling almost unmatched.

Somehow people from other countries doesn't even realize that how limited the resources/amount of players Finland have compared to other big ice hockey countries. BUT if you look the biggest candidates for Stanley cup winner this year people maybe realize the common factor between them which is 1st line centers and which country they are from: Hintz, Aho, Barkov, but also that there are alot of Finnish players. Another thing is that Finnish players prioritize 2-way game over points.
