Comparing Alephium to Kaspa is like comparing apples to oranges. I really wish it would stop. I think bought projects can coexist together. Alephium was designed more with Defi in mind, while Kaspa was designed to be a p2p payment currency. The only thing in common is that they are both mined, and that bitmain makes miners for them. Why can't we as a whole hold both coins?

If we are going for shitty tech low cap coins, might as well invest in Qitmeer, centralized POW DAG but slower thsn Kaspa without the breakthrough of GhostDAG. Aleph and other parallel chain solns like KDA have slow confirmation. I had tried and tested those chains.

Comparing Alephium to Qitmeer is a bad take. Alephium’s BlockFlow is far more advanced, with 16 shards merged into 4 groups for scalability. Block times are already 16 seconds and dropping to 8 in the next upgrade. With groupless addresses and single-step transactions, confirmations are fast and efficient, unlike KDA. Dismissing it without understanding these innovations just shows a lack of depth. Alephium can scale to 10k TPS (maybe even 15k TPS) on raspberry pie hardware. Kaspa can't do the same.
